The machine is 100% with neck run and Infeed is by air conveyor |
There are no height settings requirements when bottles are changed in infeed air conveyor. |
Filling system is by Gravity with back pressure retainer system |
The complete Rinser/Filler/Capper is enclosed in acrylic steel guard cover enclosure without any rubber gaskets |
For cap delivery to the filler, a new type of hopper which takes the cap from floor level by a elevator system cap delivers to the Pick - N - Place star wheel of the capping machine |
The machine will have 12 washing nozzles working under positive pump pressure of R.O. water. |
The bottles from the Air Conveyor will be taken by the star wheel with neck. |
The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the bottle upside down by 180 degree. |
The duly inverted bottles will receive water from the washing nozzles on rear of the machine. The washing will operate from 90 to 180 degree rotation of the washing machine. Zero degree position is in front of the operator |
The drained water can be accumulated and allowed to drain in the tank and recycled after re-processing (if required) |
The machine will be fully constructed in stainless steel 304 |
The machine will have 16 filling valves working on Gravity filling. |
The washed bottles will be taken by starwheel under the filling nozzles. The bottles will be raised to the filling nozzle by positive lift cylinder. The bottle will be pressed against filling valves and same will open .If the bottle is not delivered, filling valve will not open. The water under gravity will be filled in to the bottles. |
The bottle will enter the capping turret. There is cap elevator sorting type hopper with Pick-N-Place arrangement for lifting the cap and positively placing on bottle mouth. By adjustable torque chucks, cap will be firmly tightened. Duly capped bottles will be transferred on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing |
